What size hail damages a roof?
Hail 1 inch or larger typically bruises asphalt shingles. Wind gusts above 50 mph can lift or crease shingles. Even if hail seemed small, an inspection is worth it.
How long after a storm can I file a claim?
Most insurance carriers give you 12 months from the date of loss to file a hail or wind claim — but the sooner the better. We can identify the storm date during inspection.
