Russ Hawkins is the owner of FireHouse Roofing Co. and the heart behind the company's mission to be “The Good Guys of Roofing.”

Russ founded FireHouse Roofing in 2017 while he was still serving in the fire service. After spending 20 years as a firefighter and retiring from the Tulsa Fire Department in 2020, he built FireHouse Roofing on the same values that guided him throughout his years of service: honesty, kindness, hard work, and doing the right thing even when no one is watching.

Originally from Springfield, Missouri, Russ moved to Broken Arrow when he was in first grade, and this community has been home ever since. He loves helping homeowners, getting to know people, and making customers feel like they are part of the FireHouse family. Russ has always believed that roofing is about more than shingles and repairs. It is about protecting what matters most and treating people with the care and respect they deserve.

If you spend any time around Russ, one thing becomes clear quickly: he loves life, he loves people, and he loves his family. He and his wife, Jaybee, love spending time together, traveling, seeing new places they have never been before, and making memories along the way. They also love spending time with their family, being with their dogs, Rowdy and JoJo, and playing pickleball together.

Russ is a fun-loving, family-oriented guy who believes life is meant to be enjoyed. Whether he is playing golf, pickleball, fantasy football, cheering on the Oklahoma Sooners and Kansas City Chiefs, or spending a day at the lake with the people he loves most, he brings that same energy and appreciation for life into the way he runs FireHouse Roofing.

He wants every homeowner to feel taken care of, respected, and confident that they are working with people who truly care. If you've spent any time around FireHouse, you've probably heard Brayden's name. He's our General Manager, and he's worked just about every job in the company on his way up.

Around the office, Brayden is the guy with the answers. He built the systems that track every job, every crew and every dollar at FireHouse, and he's looking at those numbers every morning. If something's off on a job, he usually knows about it before anyone else does. If someone has a question, he's the one they ask.

He also keeps production running. Before a crew ever shows up, he's checked the work order, matched the shingle to your contract and put your job on the calendar. On insurance jobs, he makes sure your insurance company gets the documentation it needs so you get every dollar your policy owes.

What he loves most is solving tough problems, helping the team win, and taking care of homeowners the right way. To Brayden, "The Good Guys of Roofing" means keeping your word, doing the right thing, and treating people like family.

Outside of work, you'll find him on the golf course, at the lake, or cheering on the Chiefs. He married his wife Lindsey in September 2026, and their dog Dani still runs the house.

Tyler is the Director of Sales at FireHouse Roofing Co., the guy responsible for making sure the team that shows up at your door actually knows what they're doing and treats you the right way.

He leads and trains the sales team, supports homeowners through the insurance process, and is always looking for ways to improve how FireHouse serves its customers. His favorite part of the job is helping his team grow and walking homeowners through roofing and insurance questions with confidence, turning something stressful into something that finally makes sense.

Born and raised in Tulsa, Tyler found his place at FireHouse because the company's standards, ethics, and commitment to doing things the right way matched what he already believed in.

Off the clock, Tyler played baseball in college and still loves golf, lake days, and good food with family and friends. He's engaged to AJ (yes, that AJ from the front office), they have a baby girl on the way, and at home there's a corgi/pit mix named Jett keeping life interesting.

AJ

AJ is usually the first friendly voice you'll hear when you call FireHouse, and she takes that seriously. She believes the way someone is treated on that first call sets the tone for the whole experience.

In the office, she answers phones, schedules inspections, enters payments, and helps keep everything moving behind the scenes. Whether you're calling with a quick question or a big concern about your roof, she's there to listen, point you in the right direction, and make sure you feel taken care of.

Before FireHouse, AJ spent six years as a Head Start teacher and played college softball at Rogers State University. She was drawn to FireHouse because of the family-oriented culture, strong values, and commitment to helping people, and that's the energy she brings to every conversation.

Born and raised in Tulsa, AJ went through Owasso and Verdigris schools growing up. When she's not at the office, she's probably reading, working on a diamond painting, learning to golf, or cheering on the Oklahoma Sooners.

Dennis helps homeowners through the roof replacement process from the first inspection to project completion. He performs detailed roof inspections, identifies damage, explains options clearly, and helps homeowners understand the repair, replacement, and insurance claim process.

Before joining FireHouse, Dennis spent seven years working on commercial metal building projects across Oklahoma, including projects connected to Tinker Air Force Base, the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority, Blue Flame Church, and Native American government and housing facilities. That construction background gave him a strong eye for detail and a deep respect for doing work the right way. What Dennis enjoys most about the job is helping homeowners feel confident and at ease. Whether he is helping with storm damage, walking someone through insurance questions, or seeing the finished project come together, his goal is to make the process smooth, honest, and stress-free.

Jason brings a serve-others background to the FireHouse team that's hard to beat. Before roofing, he managed production in the oil and gas field and retired from the Oklahoma Highway Patrol. Both jobs taught him the value of clear communication and showing up when it matters.

As a Roof Consultant, Jason helps homeowners understand what's really going on with their roof, lays out the options, and walks them through the best path forward. His favorite part of the job is meeting homeowners face to face, helping them through the process, and making sure they feel confident in the work being done on their home.

He wants homeowners to know one thing: he truly cares about delivering a quality product and a good experience. He treats every home as if it were his own, and he believes integrity should be the standard every single time.

Hunter, also known as "Spanky," is one of those people who brings energy everywhere he goes. Around the FireHouse team, he is known for his big personality, quick sense of humor, and being the kind of guy everyone enjoys being around. But when it comes to helping homeowners, Hunter takes the job seriously.

At FireHouse, Hunter helps homeowners with roof inspections, leaks, and roofing concerns. Whether he is checking a roof, looking through an attic for the source of a leak, or walking a homeowner through what he is seeing, he focuses on giving people straight answers and real solutions. His favorite part of the job is meeting new people and helping homeowners feel confident in the work being done on their home.

Outside of work, Hunter is a die-hard Green Bay Packers fan and also roots for the Milwaukee Bucks and Brewers. His perfect day off is a fall Sunday with family, a cookout, great food, and football. He also enjoys anime, sports games, time with family, the Gathering Place, and a sweet and spicy bacon burger from Whataburger.

Alexander "Alex" Martinez is a Project Manager at FireHouse Roofing Co., where he helps oversee roofing projects from start to finish. Alex works closely with the crew, sales team, and homeowner throughout the install to make sure materials are where they need to be, budgets are managed, company standards are followed, and the finished roof is done the right way.

Alex is from Bartlesville, Oklahoma, and grew up partly in Kansas but mostly in Oklahoma. Before joining FireHouse, he worked in several blue-collar jobs, mainly roofing and framing. He originally connected with Brayden and Tyler looking to get back into labor work, but FireHouse offered him an opportunity to grow into a bigger role in the roofing industry.

Alex also serves as an 0352 in the United States Marine Corps Reserves. That background shows up in the way he approaches his work: disciplined, accountable, and focused on doing things right. He wants homeowners to know that no question is a bad question when it comes to protecting their home. If something comes up during a project, he wants homeowners to feel comfortable asking, and he will stand by what he says the team will do.

Outside of work, Alex lives in Bartlesville with his fiancée, Elizabeth, their young daughter, and their two German Shepherds, Rocco and Canelo. He enjoys going to the range, watching UFC, hiking, spending time outdoors, reading the Bible with his family, and finding a good steakhouse whenever he can.
