Russ Hawkins

Firefighter · Founder · Owner

Russ Hawkins is the owner and founder of FireHouse Roofing Co. He founded the company in 2017 while he was still serving as a firefighter, and later retired from the Tulsa Fire Department in 2020 after 20 years in the fire service. Today, Russ helps oversee the operations of FireHouse Roofing and works to make sure the company stays true to the values it was built on: honesty, service, hard work, and doing the right thing.

Russ was born in Springfield, Missouri, and moved to Broken Arrow when he was in first grade. Oklahoma has been home ever since. After years of serving people as a firefighter, Russ wanted to build a roofing company that homeowners could actually feel good about calling. FireHouse Roofing was built to be different — a company that treats people like family, tells the truth, and never sells someone a roof they do not need.

Russ is married to his wife, Jaybee, and they have four boys. Their favorite thing to do together is travel and see new places in the world they have never seen before. They also love spending time with their family, playing pickleball together, and hanging out with their two rescue dogs, Rowdy and JoJo, who came from the SPCA.

Outside of work, Russ enjoys golf, pickleball, fantasy football, and family time at the lake. He roots for the Oklahoma Sooners and the Kansas City Chiefs, listens mostly to country and Christian music, and would pick the mountains over the beach.

What Russ loves most about FireHouse Roofing is getting to know homeowners and helping them feel like they are part of the FireHouse family. He wants every homeowner to know one simple thing: FireHouse Roofing is built to be one of the good guys. A company you can trust, a team that will show up, and people who will treat your home like it matters — because it does.

Brayden

If you've talked to anyone at FireHouse for very long, Brayden's name has probably come up. He's the General Manager — but he's also done just about every job in the company along the way, from the ground up.

Day to day, Brayden helps oversee production, builds the systems and processes that keep projects on track, and makes sure each install runs smoothly from the first phone call to the final cleanup. When something gets tricky, he's the guy who quietly figures it out.

What he loves most is solving tough problems, helping the team succeed, and taking care of homeowners the right way. To Brayden, "The Good Guys of Roofing" means keeping your word, doing the right thing, and treating people like family.

Outside of work, you'll usually find him on a golf course, at the lake, or cheering on the Chiefs. He's marrying his fiancée Lindsey in September 2026, and their dog Dani pretty much runs the house.

Tyler is the Director of Sales at FireHouse Roofing Co. — the guy responsible for making sure the team that shows up at your door actually knows what they're doing and treats you the right way.

He leads and trains the sales team, supports homeowners through the insurance process, and is always looking for ways to improve how FireHouse serves its customers. His favorite part of the job is helping his team grow and walking homeowners through roofing and insurance questions with confidence — turning something stressful into something that finally makes sense.

Born and raised in Tulsa, Tyler found his place at FireHouse because the company's standards, ethics, and commitment to doing things the right way matched what he already believed in.

Off the clock, Tyler played baseball in college and still loves golf, lake days, and good food with family and friends. He's engaged to AJ (yes, that AJ from the front office), they have a baby girl on the way, and at home there's a corgi/pit mix named Jett keeping life interesting.

Honest guidance. Quality workmanship. Happy homeowners.

Whether he is helping with storm damage, walking someone through insurance questions, or seeing the finished project come together, his goal is to make the process smooth, honest, and stress-free.

Honest, easy to talk to, and committed to doing the job the right way.

Jake is one of the Lead Inspectors at FireHouse Roofing Co. and has been part of the team for two years. He helps homeowners understand what is going on with their roof, walks them through the process, and makes sure they feel comfortable from start to finish.

For Jake, roofing is more than selling a roof. It is about meeting people, building trust, and providing a service he truly believes in. His favorite part of the job is being able to provide a roofing system he believes in and knowing the job was done the right way.

Born in Tulsa, Jake spent a couple of years in Michigan as a kid before his family moved back to Oklahoma, where he has felt at home ever since. He is married to his beautiful wife, and they tied the knot in September 2025. They are expecting a baby boy in January 2027, and at home they have a dog named Penny, who Jake says is the official security guard of the house. Jake and his family call Midtown Tulsa home.

What Jake wants homeowners to know most is simple: he is honest, he communicates, and he is going to treat people the right way. To him, being one of “The Good Guys of Roofing” means doing the job with integrity, standing behind the work, and making sure homeowners feel taken care of.

Paul

Serving homeowners with honesty, integrity, and gratitude.

Paul has a simple goal: help homeowners feel informed, respected, and never rushed. He walks people through the roofing process from the first inspection all the way to project completion.

Day to day, he's up on roofs, writing estimates, and breaking down options in plain English so homeowners can make a confident decision about their home — not one they feel pressured into.

Before roofing, Paul spent years in the insurance world, where he saw firsthand how many homeowners felt unsure or under-informed about claims. That experience gave him a real passion for educating people, answering questions clearly, and being the calm voice on the other end of a stressful situation.

To Paul, FireHouse represents the good guys in the industry: leading with honesty and integrity, doing the right thing for homeowners, and treating people the way they deserve to be treated. Every interaction is a chance to build trust and help protect one of a family's biggest investments — their home.

Originally from Little Rock, Arkansas, Paul now calls South Tulsa home. He's a die-hard Arkansas Razorbacks and Pittsburgh Steelers fan, has a 29-year-old son, and loves spending time with his future wife.

Top-notch service with integrity, every single time.

Jason brings a serve-others background to the FireHouse team that's hard to beat. Before roofing, he managed production in the oil and gas field and retired from the Oklahoma Highway Patrol — two jobs that taught him the value of clear communication and showing up when it matters.

As a Roof Consultant, Jason helps homeowners understand what's really going on with their roof, lays out the options, and walks them through the best path forward. Alex

Project Manager. United States Marine. Guarding your home like it's his own.

Alexander "Alex" Martinez is a Project Manager at FireHouse Roofing Co., where he helps oversee roofing projects from start to finish. Alex works closely with the crew, sales team, and homeowner throughout the install to make sure materials are where they need to be, budgets are managed, company standards are followed, and the finished roof is done the right way.

Alex is from Bartlesville, Oklahoma, and grew up partly in Kansas but mostly in Oklahoma. Before joining FireHouse, he worked in several blue-collar jobs, mainly roofing and framing. He originally connected with Brayden and Tyler looking to get back into labor work, but FireHouse offered him an opportunity to grow into a bigger role in the roofing industry.

Alex also serves as an 0352 in the United States Marine Corps Reserves. That background shows up in the way he approaches his work: disciplined, accountable, and focused on doing things right. He wants homeowners to know that no question is a bad question when it comes to protecting their home. If something comes up during a project, he wants homeowners to feel comfortable asking, and he will stand by what he says the team will do.

Outside of work, Alex lives in Bartlesville with his fiancée, Elizabeth, their young daughter, and their two German Shepherds, Rocco and Canelo. He enjoys going to the range, watching UFC, hiking, spending time outdoors, reading the Bible with his family, and finding a good steakhouse whenever he can.

To Alex, "The Good Guys of Roofing" means staying professional, being consistent, standing by your word, and cutting absolutely zero corners. His goal is to treat every roof like it is his own and make sure every homeowner feels protected from start to finish.
