Our Warranty Promise

Our Warranty Promise

At FireHouse Roofing Co., we believe a roof should be installed the right way the first time. That is why our full roof replacements are backed by a lifetime workmanship warranty. If there is a problem caused by our installation, we will make it right.

Two Different Types of Roof Protection

Workmanship Warranty vs. Manufacturer Warranty

There are two types of protection homeowners should understand when replacing a roof.

Workmanship Warranty

This is the warranty provided by FireHouse Roofing Co. It covers the quality of our installation. If a problem happens because of something we installed incorrectly, we will come back and take care of it.

Manufacturer Warranty

This comes from the shingle or roofing material manufacturer. It covers qualifying material defects under the manufacturer's warranty terms. Manufacturer warranties are separate from FireHouse Roofing's workmanship warranty.

FireHouse Workmanship Warranty

Our Lifetime Workmanship Warranty

Our lifetime workmanship warranty is simple: if FireHouse Roofing installed your roof and there is a problem because of our workmanship, we will fix it.

This warranty is meant to give homeowners confidence that we stand behind the work we perform. We do not disappear after the job is done. If we caused the issue, we will take responsibility and make it right.

Covered

What It Covers

Our workmanship warranty covers problems that are the result of FireHouse Roofing's installation work. In plain English, if something was installed incorrectly by our team and it causes a roof problem, we will come back and address it.

  • Installation-related leaks caused by FireHouse workmanship
  • Flashing or detail work installed incorrectly by FireHouse
  • Roofing components installed incorrectly by FireHouse
  • Other roof problems directly caused by FireHouse Roofing's workmanship

Not covered

What It Does Not Cover

A workmanship warranty is not the same as insurance, and it does not cover every possible roof issue. Some problems are outside the control of the roofing contractor.

  • Storm damage, hail damage, wind damage, tornado damage, or other acts of nature
  • Damage caused by trees, animals, foot traffic, or outside impact
  • Damage caused by other contractors, trades, satellite installers, solar installers, HVAC work, or homeowner modifications
  • Manufacturer material defects, which are handled under the manufacturer's warranty
  • Lack of maintenance, clogged gutters, or conditions not related to the original roof installation
  • Interior damage, personal property damage, or unrelated home issues

Manufacturer Warranty

Atlas Manufacturer Warranty Options

FireHouse Roofing Co. is an Atlas Diamond Contractor. That means we can help homeowners understand eligible Atlas manufacturer warranty options when an Atlas roofing system is installed.

Atlas manufacturer warranties are separate from our workmanship warranty. They may cover qualifying defects in Atlas roofing materials under Atlas warranty terms. The exact coverage depends on the products installed, the roofing system used, and the warranty registration requirements.

  • Manufacturer warranties come from Atlas or the applicable roofing material manufacturer
  • Coverage depends on the specific products and system installed
  • FireHouse Roofing helps homeowners understand and register eligible manufacturer warranties
  • Manufacturer warranties do not replace FireHouse Roofing's workmanship warranty

Please note: For exact manufacturer warranty coverage, homeowners should refer to the current Atlas warranty documents provided for their specific roofing system.

FAQ

Warranty Questions

A workmanship warranty covers the quality of the installation. If FireHouse Roofing installed something incorrectly and that causes a roof issue, our workmanship warranty is designed to address that problem.

A Roof Installed by FireHouse Is Built to Be Stood Behind

We built FireHouse Roofing Co. to be one of the good guys of roofing. That means telling the truth, doing the work the right way, and standing behind our installation.
